• Gift Cards are non-refundable.
• Gift Cards are valid for use towards Zebras Den general admission and Food & Drink Purchases. To redeem, use the code online or the barcode can be scanned at till during your visit.
• Any additional cost exceeding the value of the voucher will be paid by the redeemer.
• Any remaining balance will be retained on the associated Gift Card.
• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and physical change will not be given.
• Gift Cards may not be applied to the payment of bookings already made.
• Gift Cards are valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of the purchase. Zebras Den reserves the rights to restrict the use of gift vouchers in the event of exceptional circumstances.
